Yes, there will be talk of nonsense. Yes, we will twist the truth selectively to make it seem to fit our point of view better. Yes, we will even be misinformed if it is too much work to read up on something. You have been warned. The trick is not to take anything here too seriously. If you do, and it offends you, or you feel like writing a nasty little reply saying “ubercharged is dumb” or similar, perhaps you’d be better off with a more serious, considered source of views and information. Something fair and balanced like the bastion of truth and integrity at gamespot.

Nah, screw it. Done with this site. I make it a general rule to never read sites written by people who are ill-informed and talk nonsense… …one of the most asinine things I’ve ever read, and given this is the internet, one of the biggest heaps of nonsense in human existence, that’s quite some achievement.

Want to Write For ubercharged?

Sure! We encourage it. Email madlep@ubercharged.net, and we’ll talk. Usually pretty much anyone serious gets hooked up with a contributor account (you can write articles, but they won’t be published until they’ve been double checked and any changes required to fit the style of the site). Feel free to write about anything vaguely TF2 related: rants, opinions, humor, whatever.

Shower ubercharged with money? Sure!

ubercharged.net isn’t running any ads at the moment. Mainly because everyone is smart enough to install adblock, and the ones that don’t result in Google paying approximately $0.01 cents for every million or so page views. Needless to say, we’re happy to suck up that loss of revenue in exchange for a cleaner site.

That said though, if you have a better idea for some commercial arrangement that pays better than $0.01 cents/million page views, get in touch and I’m sure we can work something out. Imagine 35,000 sweaty unique TF2 fans with 150,000 page views a month drooling over whatever wares you’re hawking.
