Alternative Heavy Achievement For The Rest Of Us
So the heavy update is just around the corner. Yay. More dumb ass Valve sponsored Roombaism as waves of moron heavies grind stupid achievements to get the weapon unlocks.
What I’d really like to see Valve do is implement Sud’s Heavy Achievements.
They look far more fun, and a lot more realistic to achieve in day to day pub server play.

Just avoid the stupid servers. There are plenty of servers that don’t hold truck with that sort of thing and will pitch out any grinders. In any case, it’ll all calm down soon enough.
And who cares if some loser farmed out his achievements to get weapons he’ll barely ever use? Mock not the system, but the idiots who believe abusing it makes them cool by some arbitrary social definition.

I can’t see why people behold the one-class rushes with such blatant horror.
It gets old after a while, but by god it’s fun for the first few hours.
And after that people generally go back to their old classes anyway (at least, that was my experience with the Pyro update).
Some people just take the game too seriously. Go with the flow and have fun. You can pull anything out of any situation in this game.

Echelon, you missed some: There is water on cp_freight and on ctf_well and on cp_2fort (yes, both actually do exist) and on cp_corporation.
Strangely, there is no water on cp_aqua. Mysteries …

I’ll be taking my Heavy on an achievement server to farm the new weapons. Not because I want to look cool. But, because I’m American and I like new shiny things.

These were really funny, man. Most fake achievements are just stupid, but these are original and both reflect the game itself and Valve in some of them. Well done.
