Spotted this one over at Stick’em Up. The lovable kids show character goes exploring in TF2.
I admit I had to hunt around a bit to get the joke. We weren’t lucky enough to be subjected to Dora in this part of the world on broadcast TV (or maybe we were, and I just don’t watch daytime kids TV…)

My clanmates and I say that allll the time on all-talk servers. Particularly when we headshot/backstab an enemy spy.
