@Murdoc - yeah, I know I've been slack with emails lately. Sorry about that (and to everyone else that has sent me one lately, and I haven't replied to).

Been meaning to download the SDK and check them out in Hammer like you said. I don't have it at the moment, and my 32GB gaming Windows partition is maxed out on my Macbook Pro, so I can't download it just yet :( (till I finish BioShock, and I can uninstall that...)

Wanna send copies of them over, and I'll post them up :)

Cheers

Who cares about made up achievements when you can be telling everyone about the new Medic achievements?!

(sorry, i am just bitter because madlep ignored the email i sent to him on this subject.)

The textures for the new medic achievements, along with extremely helpful file names telling you what they are going to be, are already on your computer! (i think they came with the Jan 25th update).

all you have to do is open steam, go to tools, open Source SDK, then under Applications open Hammer Editor, click File, then New (some black checked boxes will open up).
Now the good part, on the right is a box with a default texture in it (brick/brickfloor001a), under this box click Browse, this will open a big list of all the textures.
Type in "Achievements" into the filter box at the bottom and voila! Under all the existing achievements are all the new Medic achievements.

some that could be hard are ones like:
10 hits with a bone saw, no misses
heal someone whilst they get an achievement
heal a falling team mate

however others look pretty standard:
extinguish team mate
kill assist with demo man
kill assist with heavy

anyway, i will leave you to browse them at your leisure. hope my instructions on how to get there were alright.
