That’s some damn good sniping, son. I don’t think you cheated. Not at all. But I gotta agree with some of the people who said earlier you played on a server with a bunch of n00bs. I mean you friggin charged right into enemy players at one point with, your melee no less, and got, what? Three kills? That’s retarded. But still, impresive sniping. Props

That was some damn good sniping and nice choice of music.

For everyone that thinks its an aim bot, the majority of aim bots track the body as it falls limp. Thats no aim bot. Thats skill that some people will never have and many don’t understand so they call it cheating.

So long as he wasn’t using any bots, he has my respect. Also the fact that he wasn’t a dumb f*#% and kill only enemy snipers makes my day.

*tired of playing a game where snipers are only killing other snipers*

Any shot that is charged fully will crit, any shot that is to the head or neck has a 50% chance to crit, any shot that is performed after successfully receiving any three killing shots will usually result in up to but no more than 8 crit shots.

I’m no expert on aimbots etc, but to my eyes it really didn’t look like any of that was going on. You’d see him zoom in, and take a second or two to manually line up the shot. I would have thought an aimbot would go straight to the target and fire.

Sure, you could say that some of the shots were easy, or that there are only n00bs there, but there are some really nice ones in there as well.

Overall, I liked the editing and the way it was produced as much as anything. It was entertaining to watch.

I find it quite funny that the first few comments are genuine and take in the video for a few moments before posting. As it goes down the list, the amount of ignorance, egotism, and false confidence drastically increases.

Anyways, it was a good video. Anyone working with the Source engine (Well, any engine at all. In fact, any internet related project applies here) would know that it’s not exact. Plus, when dealing with bullets, lag plays a huge role in the placement of shots. What may look like a headshot to you, is nothing to the server.

You can take from a real world example: snipers in the armed forces know that you need a considerable lead on shots, because in the minuscule amount of time it takes for the bullet to reach them, they have moved. The same applies to the game, except it’s with latency, not bullet time.

Nice sniping. Still, It did seem some of your shots were off and you still got the kill. But, that’s the game for ya. Accurate Sniping is so dependent on lag and server settings (ticrate and such). Also I see you can get your scope up really quickly, mine takes a second or two to respond after i hit the button for it. My keyboard is old though. Hope to challenge you on a server someday

All headshots are critical hits. It’s what makes them headshots.

Nice vid though. The shots that look like they didn’t hit the head are when the target is moving, this guy tracks like a monster. Nice fast switching, too.
