tf2dev.com is a new Team Fortress 2 site which has launched recently. From the front page:

TF2Dev.com is a place for Team Fortress 2 players and developers to find the latest TF2 maps, add-ons and modifications. We think that Team Fortress 2 is easily the most interesting multiplayer game to come out in a long time, and we’re dedicated to supporting it.

Looks good.

They also have animated signature images with stats for registered users. Nice!
